Non- Refundable Cleaning fee $75.-
Refundable Damage Deposit $275.-
Cancellations done 30 days in advance for a Full Refund. Full amount of stay due 14 days prior to stay. No Refunds given after 14 days prior to stay. Refundable Damage Deposit and Cleaning fee Due at time of arrival.
